These Honey BBQ Chip Crusted Chicken Sliders combine crispy chicken with the sweet and smoky flavor of Community Snacks Honey BBQ kettle chips. Crushing the chips creates a flavorful crust that adds the perfect crunch while bringing bold barbecue flavor to every bite.

Serve them as party sliders, game day snacks, or an easy weeknight dinner everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Community Snacks Honey BBQ Kettle Chips, crushed

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into slider sized pieces

  • ½ cup flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 6–8 slider buns

  • ½ cup coleslaw

  • BBQ sauce (optional)

  • Butter pickles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F.

  2. Crush the Honey BBQ chips into small crumbs and place in a bowl.

  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and crushed chips.

  4. Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, then press into the crushed chips until fully coated.

  5. Place chicken on a lined baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.

  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  7. Assemble sliders with chicken, coleslaw, pickles, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

Snack Tip

For extra flavor, mix a spoonful of BBQ sauce into the coleslaw before adding it to the sliders.
